For years when I have programmed VBA for the Office Suite, I have taken advantage of my CTRL + SPACEBAR shortcut to drop a list of available commands.
In Crystal Reports the other day, I had a student bring it to my attention that Crystal does it too!
Next time you build a formula in the formula workshop, try pressing CTRL + SPACEBAR for a list of available built in functions.
