Most of us fly sometime in our lifetime and also have family/friends flying across the US or across the world. Some of us even know a pilot or two. My dad works with a pilot at a pulp mill in North Mississippi, and when my Mom recently flew to Hawaii my Dad was able to watch her flight from take off to landing. You may or may not find this interesting, but I think it may be useful for travelers—and for pilots as well.
