Access 2003 shortcuts:

Change your view to Form view from Design view: F5.
If I am in Form Design and then I press F5, it swaps from Design to Form view.

Open the property sheet: Press F4.
I can select an object, then press F4.

The next is a toggle shortcut in table design: toggle between field properties, F6.
If I am creating a table and working with the field up top and then need to go to the action arguments (bottom of screen), then I press F6. To go back up, I press F6.
